9 Ways to Make Dessert in a Cup

Desserts are good. Individual desserts in cute little cups are even better. Every guest gets an individual dessert, perfectly portioned, and absolutely stunning in see-through unbreakable glasses. Worried about your options? Don't be. There's a whole world of dessert cups out there - here are just a few of our favorites.

Strawberry Shortcake Trifles: All the "yum" of strawberry shortcake, and all the "wow" of a layered trifle. Swap out a nice, soft cake for biscuit and layer in an unbreakable cup and you have a showstopper individual dessert.

Dirt Pudding: You knew this one was coming.  The classic kid-friendly combo of chocolate pudding, oreos, and gummy worms looks great in a cup and is sure to please guests of all ages.

Mocha Tiramisu Cups: Mocha? Good. Tiramisu? Good. Mocha tiramisu in layers in a transparent cup? Gorgeous and delicious. This dessert may require a little effort, but it's definitely worth it.

S'mores in a Cup: Sometimes you want some s'mores but aren't quite feeling a campfire. For bonus points, give your guests some toppers (like peanut butter cups or crushed thin mints) to customize their s'mores experience.

Cheesecake Cups: We love these cheesecake cups because they're just as creamy and delicious as a baked cheesecake without the effort of dragging out the springform pan.

Peanut Butter Trifle Cups: These individual desserts are great for flexibility. It's easy enough to get the ingredients pre-made, or you can whip up a batch of brownies to add your own personal spin.

Pina Colada Pudding Cups: Time to get a little tropical! Pina colada pudding cups end your night with a burst of flavor without busting into the liquor cabinet. They're easy to put together and are a gorgeous treat for guests of all ages.

Chocolate Caramel Cup: If you want to end your evening on a decadent note, look no further than chocolate caramel cups. They're simple to layer in an unbreakable glass, and they're an absolutely delicious treat that works well with many different dinner themes.

Boston Cream Pie in a Cup: Another cup dessert that is so, so much easier than the full version of the treat it's based on. Get all the deliciousness of a Boston Cream Pie without all the labor. Best of all, it only has three components: perfect for a last-minute showstopper.
